I was responsible for all admin-related tasks including data capturing, data validation, filing, emailing, telephonic duties, as well as basic bookkeeping on Sage One, where I was responsible for managing multiple accounts, ensuring that the data is accurate and that they balance. I was responsible for making sure accounts were paid on time, creating and sending of invoices, as well as Adhoc duties such as assisting the Operations Manager with the day to day running of the facility.
