I am new here and I want a lifetime good and honest client. My objective is ideally to find a long-term (Part-time) job, where I can work from home in the customer service or data entry field (I'm learning to use Freshbooks and Quickbooks so soon I'll be offering my book keeping skills).
I have 4 yrs of experience as a customer care representative ( I have 2 experiences as a SENIOR CSR in BPO (Customer Care Representative) and 2 yrs experience as SUB TL(team leader). I worked in the backend department. Also, I worked with SPICE, IDEA, AIRTEL BHARTI & VODAFONE.
I have 4 yrs. exp. in the data entry field and seo.
I know both languages: english and hindi. I have also experience in the email marketing field in which my major work included Data Entry, send replay to (company) business emails and to copy paste the data given & deal with customers as the outsource process,to contact the customer and my Core expertise are:
keyword research, link building, back link, social bookmarking, directory submission, blog comment etc
