Quality Manager: Roles & responsibilities:  Ensures all the company's products and services meet and exceed the customers' needs and expectations. Responsible for the call center quality and customer satisfaction  Liaising with customers’ auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers’ specifications.  Setting QC/QA objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved.  Standardize documentation process including, policies, quality manual, procedures, work instructions and standard processes. Prepare and follow implementation of internal quality audit plans. Supervise document control center to ensure compliance with ISO 9001/2000, ISO14001.OHSAS18001 documentation adherence. Preparation of quality plans. Preparation for management reviews. Establish a measurement system KPI’S in cooperation with the Management Representation Put smart objectives aligned with company objectives for employees reporting to him. Conduct QA training, orientation for employees when needed. FMEA analysis and update.
