I am new here in this freelancer website. But I have a good working experience in Data entry, managing inventory, client handling, Microsoft Office etc. Previously I was working for my Canadian client. My roles and responsibilities were as following :-
E-commerce Website Manager or Specialist
Maintaining the E-commerce website, [login to view URL].
Attending the calls of the clients and understanding their requirements.
Coordinating with the different distributers for gathering latest products data.
Coordinating with other team member.
Uploading products details, Images, prices, adding discounts etc.
Keep updating team members regarding the customer complaints and trying to resolve them as soon as possible.
Managing there invoices and inventory on the Excel sheets.
