Australian Process: • Australian Payroll & Accounting Non-Voice Process. • Handling a team of 15 members to ensure contractor’s needs are met. • Handling emails and calling contractors when needed. • Producing out puts with quantity and quality. • Verifying the Timesheets received from contractors, Pay slips & Invoices done by the Teammates. • Provide quality payroll service with a high volume and maintaining the reports. • Handling Escalations and Monitoring & response to the query email received to the various email accounts. • Driving the team to success and balancing the team with positives and negatives of the agents. • Screening new agents, Training and identify the skill set of agents and provide them with appropriate responsibilities.
