1. My client wanted to start a messaging campaign on the Swedish market, proposing children's articles and clothes.

2. The main target audience were women and families that had a baby or were pregnant.

3. The instruments were: Instagram, 5 accounts, 10 template messages.

3. In order to keep track and monitor the activity of each account and customer reply, I created an online database on Google Drive, mentioning the status of each prospect.
