System/Server/Network Administrator, PHP/GO

I am a all-round IT personal guy. Currently looking for simple jobs, like setting up Linux systems (Debian based, Redhat based and any other distro could be supported, also Proxmox and VMware experience). Extensive Python and PHP programming experience, hosting websites through Docker (Portainer in combination with Gitlab), security focused setting up, using SoftEther as VPN solution in a Alpine distro setup. Firewalling is a must. Currently automating things with Docker and Portainer. If you need help with small projects, I am your man :) I've got not really much time to help with big projects, but in between my job, I can work on projects on the side, when needed.

I came into this company as PHP developer, redoing their whole website in Drupal 8 (and eventually going to Drupal 9 when it's deemed stable). Since I had no Drupal experience, this was a good way to learn it. I also do a little bit of side work on this job, since I have all-round experience.

Basefarm

This job was about giving support to customers in the Windows and Linux platforms. Also started slowly on Docker hosting platforms and to learn how it's used. Went to Norway for training by Basefarm professionals and experienced people. Learned a little bit here and there, but most of it was already known. Learned also more about various security techniques.

Giving support on pure Linux environments, with the little ocasional Windows environment. Most of the time I was fixing issues on a shared hosting system using cPanel. Also been a few times on location at the data center to repair server problems with colleagues.
