Charachter name and logo with some tag line contest

  How does a 4-star rated entry wins over a (the only one) 5-star entry?? Not to mention that the awarded entry is not in compliance with the contest requirements. Why do you mislead freelancers like this??

     Dear Designer,
     I really liked your design. but the team which needed to approve the design for company has sanctioned the other entry. I have expressed myself by rating your design 5 star to appreciate you. If you think I have done a mistake by doing so then I am sorry for the same. I didn't want to hurt anyone's feelings. Its just matter of approval from the corporate team. I hope you understand.

     It's not the "corporate team" that posted the contest, but you. And it was you who awarded the entry that doesn't comply with the contest requirements: it shows a running robot, whereas the contest explicitly required a crawling robot. This is a warning to other freelancers to stay away from projects posted by this employer.
