Looking to have an Android and iOS app created for a help desk. The app needs to gather information from the user & automatically gather the Serial Number of the device, then sends this info to an email address. Similar to a form on a website. Would like for the icon to have our logo.
The information needed from the user is: [ * Required info ]
Name *
Company
Email Address *
Phone Number
Subject *
Message * (Describe the problem)
The subject must also include the phrase [ MDM ] without the brackets.
This way it is routed to the correct queue on our end.
The serial number from the device can either be placed in the Subject field or message body. Preferably the subject field.
Example:
Once the email arrives on our end it should be - whatever email address the user entered.
Subject should be - MDM 123456789
Message body should be - whatever the user message is describing their problem.
