Also., Tthe ICP logo will be seen by young children and their Moms. A little playful with that design would be nice. Lastly, the names I supplied MUST fit into the logo as a for instance #33 by Shah. Ideally text will appear underneath logo design.

This logo is going to be used on websites, email. postcards, brochures, and books. I hope this clarifies things. The logos on the buildings are very nice, but there will never be a building to put the logo(s) on.
