Design a Logo for an olive oil brand

竞赛简介
We are two friends (one Tunisian and one French), we are launching an olive oil brand so we are looking for a logo. The brand image needs to be high-end as the product is high-quality. We are looking for a premium and refined visual. A strong and handmade image with deep character.
Info for the logo:
- NO TEMPLATE PLEASE - REALLY :) Creativity is the key, we need 100% from scratch visual, no template based will be approved. Thanks!
- Brand name: Marcus et Said (Marcus and Said in French) but needs to be Marcus & Said in the logo
- Product is an extra virgin olive oil made in Tunisia (from Djerba island) from a very small and family style factory
- The "oriental/arabic" touch should be included but very very light, please avoid all the clichet
- Olive oil in Arab is written like this: زيت الزيتون
- All the marketing and packaging will be craft style and handmade feeling will be in everything
- One or two colors maximum
- A logo with two parts (icon + text) are a plus if we can use both separately
