竞赛简介

I am attaching the appendix of my book. It describes the different change management models. I included the description and also a Google search for an image that illustrates each one. I want to draw new illustrations that are aligned with the spirit of my book, that is: in black and drawn, hand-drawn style, and permanent market style. I also want to avoid plagiarism and therefore expect you to be a bit creative in not copying exactly what you see online.
For every model, I suggest you run a Google image search so you get an idea of the different ways this is illustrated, and come up with a simple yet elegant illustration in your own style. Try to include drawings as well wherever possible.

For the sake of comparison, and if you want to send me your samples, let us all agree to work only on Lewin's Change Management Model , the first one in the document.
