I’m starting a hot cold therapy group in Saskatoon called “River City Cold Crew”

Saskatoon has a beautiful river going through the city. I picture the logo having this river in the middle. Then having ice below and fire on top.

We plunge in the river as cold dips and then have a wood burning sauna that we use to heat up.
