I'm looking for an experienced graphic designer to create a minimalist favicon based on an existing blue logo. This favicon will be used predominantly in my email signature, so it's important that it retains clarity and visibility at a small scale.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in graphic design
- Proficiency with design software, preferably Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
- Experience in creating favicons
- Understanding of minimalist design principles

Job Expectations:
- Deliver a favicon that mirrors the style and color (blue) of the existing logo
- Ensure the favicon remains clear and visible when reduced for email signature use
- Provide files in ICO format suitable for email use
