I am seeking a skilled designer with a knack for modern aesthetics to craft a bespoke PowerPoint template and business brochure template tailored specifically for the real estate development sector.

Both the PowerPoint and brochure templates should exude a contemporary, minimalist design, embodying a sophisticated, corporate aura.
Color Scheme:

We have an established color palette in line with our company's branding. For details, kindly consult the attached PDF document.
Content Requirements:

Authentic content creation is paramount for both the PowerPoint (presented in landscape format) and brochure (vertical layout, letter size). The narrative should be exclusive and fine-tuned to resonate with our firm's ethos.

Our Mission
Our Vision
Existing Project 1 Overview (4 pages)
Existing Project 2 Overview (2 pages)
Existing Project 3 Overview (2 pages)
Upcoming Projects 1/2/3 (1 page each)
This accumulates to a total of 16 pages, factoring in both a front and back cover.
A harmonized style should traverse each page, with distinct characteristics retained for every slide or section.
You're welcome to utilize some images from the attached file, which showcases one of our current projects. However, the onus of sourcing complementary photographs rests with you – ensure they align with the stipulated style.
Some segments should be designed as content boxes, facilitating easy customization on our end. You don't need to worry about the content (text and data) just focus on the design and theme!

Deliverable in PowerPoint and Word (or other related file formats as long as I could edit / input content).
