As Whitelocke, I need a captivating logo that represents my estate agency's broad range of services, which include buying/selling properties, rental services, and property management. The ideal freelancer should have the following qualities:

- An experienced graphic designer with a strong portfolio in corporate branding, especially logos.
- A good understanding of the real estate sector would be beneficial.
- Demonstrable creativity in translating business services into visual elements.
- Detail-oriented, with an aptitude for capturing the essence of a brand.
- Effective communication skills to interpret and bring my vision to life.

Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW, is imperative. Also, since Whitelocke is an estate agency, it is crucial to resonate with our audience through the logo, so a freelancer who has designed for such businesses before will be ideal.

You will work closely with me to understand Whitelocke at a deeper level and design a logo that aptly encapsulates our services and corporate identity.
