The required solution is B2B platform, we are an IATA Agent who is working as a consolidator, we would like to provide our non IATA partner agents with a platform to enable the following:
1- each agent will have his own id and password to get into the system.
2-Agents will do initial booking using any GDS application such as Amadeus vista or Galileo application, Agent will be able to retrieve booking details using PNR and confirm booking for Ticketing.
3- based on Agent provided privileges; confirmed booking could do the fare quotes then issue a ticket using our IATA office number, or if agent doesn't have enough privilege booking will be forwarded to our CRS to issue the tkt; our CRS should be able to change the booking if required.
4- system must connect with multiple CRS so we can mange booking of airlines to be forwarded to any system based on rules. For example 40% Amadeus and 60% Galileo, or certain airlines to be forwarded to certain CRS.
5- Admin part should include rules engine that will enable us to have as many rules as required to add commission and service charges for each agent based on route, airline, etc...
6- the system must handle the credit limit of each and stop him from booking/ticketing if he reached the credit limit.
Notes:
1- it is required that vendor provide complete SRS document including mock-up screens for approval.
2- Well documented source code is required
