We are looking for a writer with a good background in law - common law (AU, UK or NZ)
Please indicate in your proposal of your legal background
The case is about STD transmission from a person who was knowingly ommitted the fact that he had active STDs and the plaintiff initiated this legal inquiry into the potential liability of the defendant.
You can primarily use AU cases (alternatively NZ/UK) to identify
• the legal issues and sub-issues; and
• key statutory provisions and/or case law
in about 4 pages in length by 10-11 April
You should identify key primary sources (i.e. statutory provisions and/or case law) relevant to each issue/sub-issue. Statutory provisions should be identified as specifically as possible e.g. s 256(3)(a)(ii) [not simply s 256]. Provide full citations in the body of your memo (as indicated in the examples below), or in footnotes if more appropriate. Citations must comply with the AGLC3.
