I need an android app for my company which deals with sales of IT products. Basically we sell Laptops, CCTV cameras and other security equipment. I need an android app for complaint management system which has 3 modules.
1) Client
2) Admin
3) Engineer
CLIENT: Client is of 2 types. The first one is of Guest type. A client has login detail like name, address, contact no., email id. The client has an option to raise ticket after login to use the service. This service is free for 1 year. After that if client want to continue with the service of company than he has to pay a particular amount. The other one is AMC type. This one is a paid customer login after one year of service. A client has a service button with shows the request is pending or done.
ADMIN: Admin has a dashboard of login. After login, the dashboard shows the raising request from the Client. Admin can assign job to the available engineer. Admin has a service button which shows client’s and engineer’s task (pending or done). If a job is committed successfully from the engineer and the button shows pending from client side so admin has an option to mark it done or make it done from client.
ENGINEER: Engineer has a login dashboard. After login the dashboard shows the assigned job from the admin. Engineer has a service button to mark the job pending or complete.
