Architectural DD, WD, structure and MEP

The project got around 20 buildings(more or less) size various from 100m2 to 3000 m2. It's a theme park architectural design.
We will provide the sketchup 3D models(those are the concepts approved by owner) and then we need a team to help to develop those models to 2D floor plan, elevation, section and details working drawing for construction. So structure and MEP are also need to be included.
The price is USD1/m2.
Payment schedule is:
1, Architectural DD (Design Development) drawing done 10%
2, Architectural WD (Working Drawing) done 30%
3, Structure WD done 25%
4, MEP WD done 25%
5, Construction completion 10%
