Apartment Floor Plans

I need designers to be able to take simple 2D floorplans and make floor plans with color and a more modern look. I would prefer the floorplans look like the following attachments (the attachment that says "screen shot" is the what the floorplans are based off of and would be what you would start with).
What I need:
Someone to take the the file attached as "Screen Shot 2011-11-02" and give 4 different styles using that floor plan. If this is something you would be interested in doing I have a whole lot of work lined up for you.
