C and C# task urgent

.dwg files may have several objects in several layers, all those objects have property - scale. it may be 1:1, 1:10 or 1:100 or any. I need a desktop app that can set to user defined scale. I will send you desktop app interface. It is a form where users will chose files and in scale textbox enter scale they want, after that app should save chosen files in target directory in user defined scale. I have already gave you the link for help files.
