Completion of small VC++ emulator for LCD user interface

Complete a small project started by a professional coder using Visual C++ that emulates a simple 4-line alphanumeric LCD with a few user buttons. The emulator uses open source "Boost" to read an XML file containing strings to display.

VC++ code is perhaps 80% complete, cleanly written, and reasonably well documented.
