Advanced Delphi and VC++ Programmer

I am looking for an advanced delphi and visual c++ programmer having expeirence in graphics and system programming.

Programming language: Delphi 7 and Visual C++ 2008 or higher

I need an analogue and tray clock module developed in delphi basically. It must be skinnable means the clock background, the hands must be replacable. The DLLs for hook and unhook can be written in VC++

Functionality No. 1 - ANALOG CLOCK

1. should be able to specify skin data

2. should be able to save the skin data for each skin in separate file (read and write)

functionality no. 2 - Tray Clock

================================

1. Should be able to replace the default windows tray clock with this one.

2. Write a separate hook dll for the tray clock in delphi or (Visual C++ if you know it)

3. the tray clock must be skinnable

I will provide samples, examples and more details once you reply to the bid. Once I provide more details, you can then come up with your time and cost estimation.
