Convert one line of maths from C to 2-3 pages Unity3D code

Dear Freelancer,

I would like to convert some mathematics code available in matlab, C and python into c# or ActionScript running in Unity3D.

It is similar to maths to FFT, called SPWVD, Smoothed Pseudo Wigner Ville Distribution (time-frequency distribution of suond). The resulting program should run in Unity and convert a sound file 1D ([login to view URL]) array to a picture, a 2D texture array visible in camera ([login to view URL]).

The audio data, i.e. 22050 samples, must return for example 22050*1024 SPWVD pixels array. The precision should be optional, i.e. from SR/4 SR*2 and from 512 to 2048 bands in freqnency resolution. See WVD and SPWVD spectrograms online for more information. The image returned from 100ms of sound using SPWVD is illustrated in this image, it's a Time-Frequency graph, with time on X and sound frequency on Y.
