I am running CallPro CRM with EasyCall predictive dialler and need someone to help me with initial set up, (Script branching, agent set up, dialler config etc) who would then be available as my tech support to make ad hoc changes as required. Please get in touch only if you have worked with CallPro CRM before and can quickly deliver a ready o go system

All the funcionality for what I want to do is already there in CallPro so there is no new development/programming required at all. What I need is to give a spec of how I want each page/pane to look and someone to then set it up in the system, for example, a default view of a clients details may have their phone number showing, and I may not want my teleales agents to see that, so in this example I would need someone to change he default so it doesnt show!

I run a call centre so I need toset upo a number of different users and also put a number of different scripts (what the agent says to the person hes talking to) into the sysem - each one will be different for each project. In CallPro the scriptscan be RESPONSE driven and use brancching, so for example the script may ask "have you any experience in this before?" - if the person says "yes" the agent ticks a "yes" box andthe script BRANCHES automatically in one direction and if he says "no" it BRANCHES in another. Thisfuctionality is already inbult into CallPro and I have the scripts but I need help setting them up in the system.

We also need to integrate the telephone VOIP dialler (EasyCall) into the CRM - finally I need a dashboard building giving me certain stats (all available from CallPro) eg how many sales have we achieved today by agent/produc etc
