Create a Mind Map style visualization for the Analyze Evidence Screen of Evidentia

Evidentia needs to offer an alternate form of visualizing the evidence a user has gathered for a specific research question. A mind map style visualization tool will allow the user to see the sources they have considered, as well as the classification of the source, the information in the source, and the evidence the information provides. This visualization will offer an alternate navigation to the screens needed to complete any incomplete classifications.
The visualization will also allow the user to visualize the research plan they have developed for the research question. This visualization will offer an alternate navigation to the research notes dialog.
The visualization will also offer alternate navigation to the analysis and conclusion editors.
Graphical elements within the visualization need to auto positioned for a professional look, but also be repositioned by the user.
I have written AGILE stories in JIRA with detailed requirements. The first two stories are detailed below, and is all that is being asked for at this time. Assignment of additional stories will be based on budget and quality of work.
This is an enhancement of a mature commercial product. More about the current application can be seen at http://evidentiasoftware.com. The requested work is part of a version 3 upgrade currently in development.
Overall bid is for both stories attached below. PLEASE READ REQUIREMENTS BEFORE BIDDING!!!!
Before the project starts, agreement to pay for story 2 will be contingent on quality of work delivered for story 1. We will negotiate IN ADVANCED what percentage of the payment will be assigned to each story. Milestones agreeable to both parties will be negotiated, including initial partial payment when story 1 is delivered.
