Looking at a free lancer to create a roster mechanism in excel for scheduling cabs & tracking the utilization .
Example :
Receive shift inputs in excel from employees
Upload the consolidated shift inputs
Map it with the employee's address
Schedule a vehicle with at least 95% occupancy & generate a unique trip id for every trip
Print a trip sheet with the employee details & a Barcode for the unique trip to be scanned to capture data
Also track employee/driver/cab/guard attendance
