Looking for someone who can build me a program that is able to scrap information from websites, it should be able to sort data and be able to predict a potential outcome based off data. I would need to program to be able to do this daily once information is released and nightly once the outcome is final. The program needs to be able to store all information, I would like for the program to have a smart search function where I can input a certain scenario and I would expect the program to give me data based previous data from history.

Im also looking for someone who can build me an algorithm program that uses a formula per situation.
