Adding Price Feature

I have give my registered users the ability to "post" from the front end of my website. They have the ability to post a title, descrption, tags & category. I would like to add another feature which would be a price field. This way my registred users could post & make sales from their posts.

When a registered user makes a sale I would like them to get an email notification or a way to display it for them to see. The sale would go to my PayPal account.
