Design 2 banners for food business -- 2

I want two banners to be designed for my food business. The details are here under:
Banner 1:
Size: (10' x 1.31') (width x height)
Content:
a) Images in background: There should be high resolution vegeterian food images should be placed in background in stripes effect.
b) Company name: "Sisters Veg" on left side of the banner and should be in placed in circle for round effect. Also, this has to be blend with the images in background so the images won't be hidden. This would take around 5-10% of the banner.
c) Main tag line: "Authentic Indian Street Food" should be in the middle of the banner. Again this has to be blend in with images in background so that images should not be hidden.
d) Phone number: "Contact for all the catering requirements - 07564059606" should be written in the bottom right hand corner, with smaller fonts.
Banner 2:
Size: (10' x 3.2') (width x height)
Content:
a) Company name: "Sisters Veg" on left side of the banner and should be in placed in circle for round effect. Also, this has to be blend with the images in background so the images won't be hidden. This would take around 5-10% of the banner.
b) Main tag line: "Authentic Indian Street Food" should be in the middle of the banner. Again this has to be blend in with images in background so that images should not be hidden.
c) Phone number: "Contact for all the catering requirements - 07564059606" should be written in the bottom right hand corner, with smaller fonts.
d) There should food item images floating either in round or square shapes with name of the items below it.

iii) Samosa with Chutney
iv) Masala Fries
v) Plain Fries
vi) Bhel Puri
vii) Paani Puri
viii) Bombay Potato
ix) Onion Bhaaji
x) Onion Bhaaji Wrap
xi) Masala Omelette
xii) Masala Tea
xiii) Cold Drink Cans
Please find attached for a idea, I am looking for.
Important: Preference will be given to freelancers and not companies who have designed similar banners for food business in past. Remember these designs should be ready for printing in highest resolution.
Will need to provide me unlimited versions until I am satisfied with the final designs.
I think, its not a very big job and should not be more than USD 10.
