Android app for collecting & displaying stocks data

The app would get/scrape list of stocks that are the biggest movers/leaders of the day for eg [login to view URL] , filter the list to remove stocks that don't meet the criteria. eg filter out those stocks from the list where Price >$10 & Price < $20.
Get additional data on stocks in the filtered list for eg Company Highlights at [login to view URL]
Add the list with the collected data to text file , display on Android phone and email.
Option to add/delete stocks from the file. Option to specify filter criteria for the data fields for eg $10 < Price < $20
Would prefer Java unless there is a strong reason to use another language.
Will provide detailed info. to the selected bidder.
