CSS and JS expert for Sprite Menu

CSS guru needed to to create a sprite dropdown menu similar to the primary URL shown in the attachment 'websites/jpg'.
This menu needs to be copied to fit my website and the final look of the menu should resemble '[url removed, login to view]' where it will sit within the container/page beneath the header. See HTML and CSS attachments of my dummy site.
You will be required to create the nav images and provide the PSD graphics along with all CSS, HTML and JS files. For this example, you can use the same nav menus, dropdowns and links shown in the primary URL.
I need clean work with meticulous attention to detail - no hacks, copies or shortcuts please as these will be spotted. Finally, no payment unless it is done to the standards specified above.
I have Archived all the files needed for this project but if you don't want to unzip the file, you can view the name of the primary website I wish to copy in the attachment below.
