Custom Geoclassifieds Listing Details Collection Page

I have the latest Geoclassifieds Enterprise version and frankly I do not really like the ad listing process. There are way too many steps. I would like a single page used for the listing process, similar to page that [url removed, login to view] uses when a user trys to post an ad. I do not want it exactly like OLX, but I want it all on one page, then maybe a preview page with a submit button.

This would need to include the category selection as well, meaning the categories and subcategories would all be selected on the listing page using drop down boxes that populate as categories are selected. I just need the functionality customised here as I am doing all the layout features myself, so I don't need a design, just the functionality. Like the saying goes... just make it work. I look forward to your offers.
