Consultancy and issues fixing on Android app using OSMDROID

I'm developping an android application in Android Studio, and I want to add some functionalities regarding AVL (Automatic Vehicle Localization - maps, mobile localization, etc...).

My application will send periodically the mobile GPS coordinates to the server ad will receive from the server periodically other mobile users (Android) GPS position, so I want to view them in a map, on Android .

This is almost already DONE, I just need an EXPERT FREELANCE IN OSMDROID TO FIX SOMETHING I'm not able.

I can send a simple app (with only the map functionalities part) to the freelancer, or may better, because this simple app is already embedded inside a more complex and big app, by a teamviewer session the freelancer can guide me in the solutions.

You will find, inside the enclosed .rtf file, the following the target of the simple app and the issues to be fixed.

I think that this a 2 hours job for an osmdroid expert freelance.
