Complete a website 97% done. Yii framework.

Need someone to complete me a website I started. I really don't have much time.

Website is done in Yii, the PHP framework.

I have prepared a nice description of what needs to be done.

Basically work remained to be done is mainly css/html, but there are also some programming tasks

so a person who knows Yii framework, ajax and PHP would be most appropriate to complete this.
