I have a lot of mp3 files on my computer. For some reason, windows media player ripped them all with the track order number in front of each song. This is annoying to me so I would like a program written that removes the first three characters of all these mp3's (two numbers and a space). For example here are three songs I have: 01 Concerto No.1 for Piano, Op. 25 - I. Molto 02 Concerto No.1 for Piano, Op. 25 - II. Andante 03 Concerto No.1 for Piano, Op. 25 - III. Presto I want these first two numbers and the space removed so they become Concerto No. 1... Ideally, the program would have a box or something, that I could drag multiple folders containing mp3s in, and would automatically remove the first three characters. If this is too difficult, then manually selecting or browsing the folder would be okay too. Also, a slider would be great which I could move to remove more or less than 3 characters. The program must allow me to select more than one folder at a time, each containing many mp3s. I have a folder called music with a few thousand files contained in many folders, the program must be able to handle this many files. It also must not mess with the audio files in any way except to change the name as described. Thanks
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
