Casino Site w/ Games

I want a simple casino website built. Nothing too fancy at first but I want it to be appealing to the eyes. To start, I want just the games casino black jack and casino slot machines and a maybe a horse racing game as well. I'll want between two and three payment methods that players on the site can choose.
Please also break down the cost if it were just any one or combination of two games offered along with all three. Also, please let me know how much it would cost to do the games in Flash as opposed to an older technology like C/C++.
