I Need someone 100% reliable!!!!

I have a job which is 90% complete & just need the final tweaks done.

1. Drupal Core Upgraded to Latest

2. New Database Restored from Backup and made good (I have backed up using backup & migrate module)

3. Commerce completed included Shipping rates

4. Security of site checked & permissions all made good

5. Test & go live

Whoever I award this contract to needs to transfer all knowledge back to me for ongoing administration.
