Assembly language Signal generation and AM waveform

I need a person with a excellent knowledge of Assembly language programming. the program is for Motorola 68HC11 micro-controller.

the program needs to be written simple with full comments, descriptions. in a "notepad" format.

need this project to be done fast. and accurate. the attached file will describe the exact requirements, also the assessments. the program should at least achieve 60-70% of the assessment mark.
