On advanced Search, it will give a potential tenant option to find a house/tenant based on 'personal preference such as race, gender, sexual orientation, course (room mate, i/e looking for room mate preferably a medical student), area. It must have a section for parents blogs where they share ideas and past experience. Each area near the university must have a calculator that will help reviewers see class structures, crime levels, the score of the review will measure the severity of crime level showed in colours in the map.
