Build me a website that functions just like www. realtor dot com That it i need all functions completely exactly.. we will make this for world wide use... so people around the world can find a place to stay. No more searching for local sites... and i want to be able to pull from this site and load on to my site easy.. You must type akdl in your message to let me know you have read this. and that you have not just made a fake bid. This is very important thing to do..
1. Real estate agents sign up
2. Verification on sign up through email and phone.
3. Agent gets to sign up and upload information about the property with picture full description pin code everything
4. Sign UP available for property seekers. They are also validated via email and on creating account will be able to browse through properties and also get to know more info.
5. Property seeker on searching through a property via a particular zip code or place will get to know the listing one by one over there.
6. On clicking on a particular listing the whole description with all pictures and other details will be available in a separate page.
7. Suppose on a particular search the property listing is not available at that moment then user get to notify the admin of the website that to show property on this particular zip code when available. Now from the website this will be noted and when any property listing is available in that particular zip code then it will notify that user via the email ID registered of the available property.
8. user management will be there means that the admin so the client here will have permission to make access to the agencies and they will be able to enter the data and all details from there using that access.
9. Yes we will require listing fees from the agents in the future. Initially, the service will be free. However later we will charge per listing, will also charge to have “featured ads” which display higher in the search. We would also like advertising space around the website.
10. There are customised search where user can filter the search through country, property type, no of beds, zip code, min price, max price etc.
11. There is an admin panel using which the entry of the data are done.
12. Data of the website is for the client to gather by contacting the agents available in the particular country via any reference website.
