component to work with virtuemart

I need a component to take care of some products that are "under constuction" - When products are "under production" they must not be able to buy but customers must leav name/email/phone so I can contact them when my products are ready. I have some other hacs in my Virtuemart.
I hope to controll this by a atribute on the product.
