Amazon Ordering Script/API - Places Amazon Orders Utilizing Info From Paypal Orders/Emails

Basically I receive product orders in the form of Paypal payments and their accompanying emails. I need a system that fetches/pulls the product info and shipping name/address from the Paypal Orders/Emails and places an order on amazon for a specific product from a specific seller.
It needs to have an interface where I can change the product/seller on amazon if I need to and also be able to add new product/seller combinations to the system.
I'm open to any ideas on how best to accomplish this. I receive multiple orders for multiple products. They vary in shipping location, quantity and type of product. I match that info to a product and seller on amazon and place the order manually. It is very time consuming.
