Hi There,

I’m looking for an advanced webform to database lead or CRM solution. I would like potential clients to sign up for an appointment or opt in for further emails through a website that I’m going to create. Once the information is received, a notification should be sent to a given email address and the information will also be sent to a MySql database or CRM solution of your choice. The client will also receive a thank you email.

Mandatory Fields of the webform:

Title

Name

Surname

Province (this will be a dropdown menu)

City or Town

The database or CRM solution should allow me to import and export leads and accounts. This solution should allow me to send spam friendly html email campaigns and newsletters. The database should be scalable and allow an employee to enter additional data of a lead into the database. Any calendaring and email functions that can integrate with Google apps will be very handy but not essential.

I currently have a hosted package that supports MySql and PHP. I will be happy to use custom made db solution, CRM solution such as SugarCRM and Vtiger, or even perhaps a custom PHPlist installation. I have already tried PHPList, SUGARCRM and VTIGER with my host provider and can confirm that they all work.

What is required from you?

• Inform me which solution will best suit my needs, and also let me know your level of experience that you have with this type of solution.

Once I have decided on the best person to work with, I will require the following from you:

• You will need to install the chosen solution on my hosting package as per the best practices guidelines of the vendor.

• The necessary security patches need to be installed, and the necessary security implemented.

• I would also need a basic webform with all the Mandatory fields above that connects to the newly installed CRM solution or database

• An email marketing solution set up with 3 “spam friendly” basic html email templates. 1 as a thank you for submitting the form email, the second as a sales letter, 3rd as a news letter.

• Basic documentation on how to use the solution

• A handover with some basic training on how to use the implemented solution

The nominated person or team will be able to start immediately, or as soon as you can. Payment will be sent with PayPal. There is also a possibility of many future projects, and also the possibility of a small support contract to support my websites in the future.

I will also set up a separate job for SEO and keyword optimization for my website. I also have a future requirement for an html / css / ajax website landing page set up with a already purchased web template.
