I want to Customize a WordPress plugin. The plugin name is "Auto Post After Image Upload" its basically a image upload plugin, when you upload the image from WordPress media it creates a post of the uploaded image with the same title of image, what I need to is to insert the uploaded image in WordPress content box in medium thumb with same the title caption and also want to set the custom description to add in WordPress content box.
