bulk listing in CVS , Excel format

I need a bulk listing script for existing classified website. The script must enable import to other classified sites vice versa.

The script must be in CVS, Excel format where user can upload listed items in bulk from other site without much work needed. It should contain the following required fields: Title, Description, Price, Product type and location.
