I want to create a website that’s a clone as [url removed, login to view] Only here you buy and sell everything and I’m going to focus myself on tickets, with better specified categories.
Individuals can sell and buy tickets from other individuals (costumer-to-costumer market). It’s important that the website has the next possibilities:
- I want a commission for every selling item. I want to use paypal so after receiving the money I can directly deducting my commission and can transfer the money to the paypal account of the buyer.
When it’s possible I want to use as well Ideal, but I don’t know how that’s working for so far, maybe somebody can explain me and tell me if it’s working like paypal?
- I want to give people the change to get an other position in the advertisement list, say for example one day above in the list.
- I want to set/create cms pages for advertisement space. They site needs the facility to set the time line to display and remove the advertisement from the space.
- Finally I want as well the possibility that the sites can sell tickets for companies. For example if I can sell 10 tickets for a company it has to be easy for me (I don’t have a lot of experience with websites) to create a item with a stock of 10 and after selling this ten items, the visitors if the site get to see sold out.
As well I want that buyers can give there opinion about sellers, such like by ebay. Buyers get automatically a mail after the transaction, so they can give there opinion.

It has to be similar to [url removed, login to view], with the same options (ok I want an own identity, for example an other colour etc). I hope that's possible that the job can be done between 750 - 1250 USD. Don't bid above the 1500 USD, because I don't have this budget for this website.
