I have written an application in vb.net 2005 that I would like to convert into a web application. I assume this would be done using php but I don't know anything about php.

The project is to take the existing vb program and make it into a program I can serve on the web.
The program does allow the user to create and load simple text data files of their settings.

Can convert this easily to an ASP.Net application based off VB.NET or C# that runs under IIS. No need for php.
