Create a basic website : sign in, login, logout, main page

I am looking for a freelancer to create a very basic website template incluging the following features, any detailed information as well as some images to be used will be sent later.
## REQUIRED ###
PHP (preferably in Zend studio), MYSQL, jQuery
1. The website need to be complately "injection hijacking" resistant, should perfomr required validation on every step
2. All actions like sign in or login should be implemented with jQuery on the main page, no new site opening

1. Main page including: logo , login and sign in links (icons), search form (only controls)
Page splitted in uppper, bottom, main part (not frames, just containing include() files
2. Sign in page that pops up in a form on the the page we click the link (jQuery, ajax), no new page opening
3. login, logout functionalities with a basic mysql database/table connection
